Returns Policy

We offer a 10 day money-back guarantee or replacement policy for all faulty items on our website. Goods that are returned within the 10 day period but are not faulty will incur an administration charge of £25 per product and will usually be returned back to the customer at their expense.

Please note, we do not cover return postage costs under any circumstances.

All items returned to us for replacement must reach us within 10 days of the date of delivery.
Items returned for replacement outside of this 10 day period will not be accepted and will be returned
to the customer at their expense.

As soon as we receive the returned product (within 10 day time period) in the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to  supply a replacement as soon as we are able.

Warranty is invalidated if any seals on product(s) are broken or the unit(s) are damaged in any way.

We strongly recommend that all items are tested before installation as we will not accept the return of any product that is scratched or marked in any way.

Warranties on electrical products that require professional fitting ( such as car DVD players and camera systems ) will be honoured only on proof of professional fitting, please retain your fitting certificate.

All products carry a standard 1 year manufacturers guarantee which is not affected by the above returns guidelines and will remain  in operation for 1 year from date of purchase.
