Shipping Information and Carriers

All items are sent discretely in plain packaging

Domestic: Royal Mail/Royal Mail Special Delivery/ParcelForce/BusinessPost DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS/TNT

International: DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS/TNT/HDNL

Domestic: Allow Minimum of 7-15 Business Days. International: Allow Minimum of 12-21 Business Days.

Tracking information for shipped items will be forwarded to you to allow you to determine where you item(s) are in the shipping process.

Shipping times are calculated from the order dispatch date., we do not ship items during or through weekends or holidays, and certain priority shipping services do not deliver on weekends and holidays, this policy prevents your items sitting in a shipping warehouse, which we feel is an unprotected environment for any item.

Postal insurance is included only at the carriers default rates.

Please make sure that the items you have ordered, including all the constituent parts are permitted
for import into your country, we are not responsible for items that are refused entry because you
have not confirmed their legality for import into your country, this is your responsibility alone.

Items will be made ready for shipping once payments have been authorized and cleared.

All items will be dispatched with full set of cables, adaptors and fixing kits.

Certain items require configuration and testing prior to shipping, you will be kept informed about your order progress and sent a tracking number (if available) once your order has been dispatched to you.

Import Duty

All retail purchases destined  for mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and
Wales) and Switzerland are shipped from Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
(unless the item is not currently in stock) and you will not be charged any import
duty, if in the unlikely occurrence of your shipment receiving an import duty charge
Inka Security Solutions will refund this amount on presentation of your import duty
invoice, this refund applies only to shipments to mainland Great Britain (England,
Scotland and Wales) and Switzerland, for Switzerland any additional VAT charged
will also be refunded. 

If you live outside mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) you may be
charged import duty by your country's customs and excise department regardless of
which country you live in, both inside and outside the European Community this charge
is regulated by your country's customs and excise department and we have no control
or involvement over whether a charge is levied or not and is not responsible in any way
for paying these charges.

To help avoid any import duty charges for orders not covered by the above statement the
declared value and contents of your order can be set to a value of your choosing, please be
sure to state your choice of value and contents in the order notes, if there is no information
about value and contents in the order notes we will (by default) declare a value that will usually
avoid or keep any import duty charges to a minimum.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If the return of a product is required the customer should contact us by email at the address
at the time of ordering for the correct return address.

Due to the nature of the security products available on this web site all sales are final and as
such ALL customers are advised to check with us before purchasing a product if they are in
any way unsure that they have chosen the correct product for the job in hand.

In extreme cases a refund may be granted, however if the returned product is not in a suitable
condition for resale as new then an amount not less than 15% will be deducted from the
original product sale price and this amount will constitute the refunded amount, the product
must be returned immediately in it's original condition, completely unused, and suitable for
resale, the customer is responsible for the item(s) until there is signed
proof of delivery to the specified return address. Refunds are made within 10 working days of
the products return.

We offer a 10 day replacement policy for all faulty or damaged items on arrival. Goods that are returned within the 10 day period but are not faulty will incur an administration charge of £10 per product and will be returned back to the customer at their expense.

Please note, we do not cover return postage costs under any circumstances.

All faulty or damaged items returned to us for replacement must reach us within 10 days of the
date of delivery. Items returned for replacement outside of this 10 day period will not be accepted
for free replacement and will incur an administration charge equal to 10% of the product value and
a replacement will be returned to the customer at their expense as soon as one is available.

As soon as we receive the returned product (within 10 day time period) in the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to supply a replacement as soon as we are able.

Warranty is invalidated if any seals on product(s) are broken or the unit(s) are damaged in any way.

We strongly recommend that all items are tested before installation as we will not accept the return of any product that is scratched or marked in any way.

Warranties on electrical products that require professional fitting ( such as car DVD players and camera systems ) will be honoured only on proof of professional fitting, please retain your fitting certificate.

All products carry a standard 1 year manufacturers guarantee which is not affected by the above returns guidelines and will remain  in operation for 1 year from date of purchase.

Undeliverable Orders

If any order is returned to us marked undeliverable , a re-delivery charge amounting to the original delivery charge + £10 (administration fee) must be paid before re-delivery will take place, please remember to inform us if you require delayed delivery.

A contact telephone number is required by the couriers in case of delivery difficulties, failure to provide a working contact telephone number automatically makes you liable for ALL re-delivery charges and return to sender charges!

Remember to check your item BEFORE you sign to say you have received it in a satisfactory condition.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the payment if it is deemed that this order represents a high fraud risk.
